Kit designed for pocket style doors. Set Contains: 2 Hangers 2 Hanger Bolts 2 Door Hanger Plates 1 Bumper 1 Wrench 4 1-1/2″ Pan Head Screws 7 5/8″ Pan Head Screws The pocket door kits by Renin are a replacement components for bi-parting pocket style doors. There are four pieces to this particular pocket door hardware kit including two stoppers and two plates, which allow for a quick and easy installation process. The two large rectangular plates in the pocket door kit will need to be installed at the rough header of your door. There are holes in these components of the pocket doors hardware to allow for an easy guide when nailing them into the rough header. Ensure that you appropriately align the edge of the pocket door hardware to be parallel with the edge of the header. One plate should be placed on either side of the center of the rough header to secure the two beams together. Once installed the two smaller pieces of the pocket door hardware kit will prevent the doors from slamming into each other when being closed. One of these pieces will be placed at the inside edge of each of the bi-parting door at the center junction where the two doors meet. The purpose of this component of the pocket doors hardware is to minimize any damage and noise that may occur when the two doors meet.
